We’re seeking motivated, technically strong early-career engineers who are excited to work with the latest advancements in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and intelligent agent systems.

Position Overview:

As an Associate AI Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing AI components across our SaaS product suite. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and researchers to explore novel AI solutions — from prompt-tuned LLMs and RAG systems to multi-modal foundation models and intelligent agents. This is a full-lifecycle engineering role, ideal for recent graduates with a strong academic and project foundation in AI/ML and a desire to innovate in a business context.

What you will do:

• Design and conduct experiments to benchmark emerging AI techniques and evaluate model performance, behavior, and bias.

• Contribute to LLM and RAG-based development for domain-specific tasks, enabling knowledge-augmented reasoning in our products.

• Build and refine agent-based flows for enterprise automation and decision support.

• Lead iterative model development across the full lifecycle — from data preparation, architecture selection, and prompt design to evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Apply prompt engineering strategies to optimize and control model output behavior in LLM-integrated features.

• Tune components across the ML pipeline, including preprocessing, model fine-tuning, and inference optimization.

• Debug and refine model performance by analyzing training data quality, hyperparameters, and evaluation protocols.

• Stay actively engaged with current ML/AI research, and help incorporate relevant advancements (e.g., Transformers, mixture of experts, model distillation, diffusion models) into production systems.

• Collaborate closely with product managers to align AI capabilities with enterprise business requirements.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field.

• 0-3 years of professional experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Python-based ML stacks.

• Practical exposure to LLMs, NLP toolkits, and Transformer-based architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5).

• Understanding of CNNs, RNNs, and attention mechanisms.

• Exposure to or strong interest in advanced ML techniques such as multi-modal models, diffusion models, model distillation, and mixture of experts.

• Proficient in debugging AI systems and defining requirements related to data quality and training pipelines.

• Strong grasp of model evaluation metrics, experimentation design, and deployment best practices.

• Ability to synthesize and apply insights from the latest AI/ML literature.

What will be nice to have:

• Internships or significant academic projects in applied AI or enterprise software.

• Experience with RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Haystack) and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.

• Exposure to business software platforms like CRMs, ERPs, or workflow automation tools.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
