We are seeking a visionary Account Director renowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty & Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand's presence and impact across Europe.
Our ideal candidate will excel in high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness. As the Account Director, you will adeptly manage and inspire our talented account team, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring the highest quality from initial concept through to execution and delivery. This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionise content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.
As the Account Lead, you will motivate your direct team to excel in their roles and ensure effective communication up to the global level, aligning with overarching objectives. You implement and oversee best practice processes alongside your Project Director to optimise efficiency and productivity, all while maintaining a keen eye for potential risks and cultivating a solution-oriented mindset to address challenges proactively. Across the account you champion the OLIVER strategic vision and drive growth, by demonstrating an ability to add value to the development of our clients’ business by generating fresh thinking and relevant new ideas, ensuring the agency is always at the forefront of all new initiatives undertaken by our clients, working with other senior members of the team to ensure exposure to the right expertise.
