We are looking for an Infrastructure Architect to lead and ensure technical excellence across cloud and on-premise environments by designing, governing, and evolving scalable infrastructure solutions. Act as a technical leader, mentor, and innovation driver, ensuring resilient, secure, and high-performing platforms aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and govern end-to-end infrastructure architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.
Define and standardize infrastructure blueprints to enable consistent and scalable adoption across teams.
Translate business and operational requirements into robust, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions.
Ensure adherence to infrastructure standards, security best practices, and operational excellence guidelines.
Collaborate with network engineering, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Implement and promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to enable automation, scalability, and consistency.
Identify infrastructure risks and proactively define mitigation and resiliency strategies.
Conduct infrastructure and operational reviews to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Support and mentor operations teams in incident, change, and release management processes.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and align infrastructure solutions with business priorities.
Drive automation and continuous improvement across development, deployment, and operational processes, leveraging AI ools.
Promote innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Infrastructure architecture (cloud and on-premise)
Systems administration and software engineering fundamentals
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet or similar)
Cloud platforms (AWS)
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
CI/CD and automation practices
Networking and security best practices
Agile methodologies and tools (Jira)
Risk analysis and operational governance
Technical leadership and stakeholder communication
Advanced English proficiency (above B2)
Must have:
Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure design
Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform preferred)
Experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid background in Linux and Windows administration
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git workflows)
Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting production environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with Python or other programming languages
Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, SQL Server, AWS RDS)
Knowledge of additional IaC tools (Pulumi, Vagrant)
Experience with Azure cloud platform
Exposure to data and analytics tools (Talend, Tableau)
