As a Creative Designer, you’ll be supporting the delivery of attention-grabbing creative across internal and external communications, covering brand assets (static and animated), business presentations, our event material and more. This will help us capture the hearts and minds of our colleagues; keeping us engaged and informed, and inspiring us to share the thrill with our global customers.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading on end-to-end video and photography, capturing and editing for internal and external platforms, including for our events, LinkedIn and the corporate website
  • Conceptualise and develop visually captivating video and multimedia content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to develop new and unique content that pushes the brand
  • Create storyboards and shot lists to effectively communicate the vision and direction of each design project
  • Craft and direct compelling video narratives that reinforce our brand message, values and identity in a way that engages our colleagues
  • Utilise industry-standard software and tools to edit and manipulate video footage, GIFs and other graphics, whilst ensuring high-quality and visually appealing end products
  • Research, select and incorporate appropriate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall video experience
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in creative and multimedia design to continuously elevate the quality and impact of the company's visual assets
  • Coordinate and manage video and photoshoots, including organising equipment, scouting locations, and directing talent when necessary
  • Support the production of multimedia creative assets for events, internal and external communications (ie print, newsletters, emails, intranet content, posters, presentations and LinkedIn content)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other creatives to produce graphic content for internal communications
  • Analyse content performance and optimise for better engagement
  • Act as a brand guardian of the global corporate visual identity

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • At least 3 to 4 years’ industry experience, with a successful track record of delivering engaging multimedia campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe CC including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
  • Strong understanding of multimedia composition, storytelling and visual aesthetics
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques to add dynamic elements to multimedia assets
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a team environment, taking feedback and incorporating it into the final product
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring design assets are of the highest quality and free from errors
  • Time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with video/photography equipment and shooting techniques to capture high-quality footage
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing to enhance projects
  • Aptitude to stay updated with emerging multimedia trends and technologies in the industry
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
