Join Our Team as a Senior Project Manager for Project Milky Way!
Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a knack for driving operational excellence? We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead operational readiness for Dispensary, Solution Preparation and Campaign Support (D, SP & CS) in Project Milky Way.
Lead a transformative project within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, utilizing your comprehensive process engineering skills to innovate and streamline operations. Collaborate with skilled professionals to effectively manage strategic capital projects, ensuring excellence in execution and driving impactful industry advancements.

The role
The scope for the Senior Project Manager role involves ensuring operational readiness for D, SP & CS in relation to Project Milky Way.
The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the Director for D, SP & CS and have a dotted line to the Operational Readiness Director for the project. The main activities in D, SP & CS are:

  • Dispensing of raw materials for mixing
  • Mixing raw materials into Media and Buffer solutions
  • Wash and sterilization of small parts
  • Column pack for purification
  • Consumables inventory management
  • Planning & Change-over

Primary Responsibilities

  • Project management in accordance with the project model.
  • Ensure effective project execution with a project team including internal as well as external resources.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and standard specifications.

Qualifications
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably within Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.

  • You have a minimum of 5-15 years’ relevant project management- and process engineering experience from the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry.
  • The ideal candidate possesses relevant process and project engineering experience and should be knowledgeable about process systems, facilities, utilities, and production support equipment for drug product and finished goods manufacturing in commercial-scale facilities.
  • Drug Substance facility knowledge and process design experience from the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry is an advantage for this position, as you should have the capability to understand the scope and drive proper decision taking in the projects.
  • You have a good understanding of business processes across the organization and ensures that your projects are setup and organized to meet the specific need.
  • You are a team player with focus on team performance and inclusion of the right skills and competencies.
  • You possess good communication skills in Danish and English
