What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services Supply Chain involves managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role includes planning and coordinating production, transportation, and inventory management. It also involves ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control. The goal is to optimize the entire supply chain process to meet customer demands and improve organizational efficiency. Engineering discipline that aims at applying mechanical knowledge (structural and moveable parts) to define mechanical products encompassing design, structural strength, manufacturing, assembly, tolerancing.
What are we looking for? Strong Analytical skills, Strong understanding of end to end product supply chain operations ? Experience in program management, Data Analytics/Data Governance ? Knowledge of core SQL query commands, an understanding of relational databases or general programming. •Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (Oracle PLM), SAP, ERP. Knowledge in SAP S4/Hana, SAP Enterprise data governance, or SAP master data governance capabilities ? Experience in product lifecycle management; working with material master and bill of materials. ? Experience in end-to-end supply chain operations with familiarity of basic supply chain concepts. ? Proficient in writing SQL queries (beginner or intermediate level) or other programming Languages •Effective communication is important for interacting with colleagues, vendors, and clients • Semiconductor Part Types and Commodities Knowledge: • Possess in-depth knowledge of semiconductor part types, including integrated circuits (ICs), transistors, diodes, and passives. • Understand the unique characteristics and applications of different semiconductor commodities. • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to make informed decisions about semiconductor selection. • Identification of Alternative Components: • Identify alternative components when facing supply chain disruptions or obsolescence issues. • Research and evaluate potential substitutes based on technical specifications, availability, and cost. • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure reliable sources for alternative components. • Form, Fit, and Function (FFF) Analysis for Part Qualification: • Conduct thorough FFF analysis to assess the suitability of components for specific applications. • Evaluate physical characteristics, mechanical properties, and functional performance to ensure proper fit and functionality. • Product Change Notification (PCN) Process : • Expertly handle Product Change Notifications (PCNs) to ensure seamless management of product changes and obsolescence.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •Manage execution of engineering changes end to end from inception of change request, collation of inputs, impact analysis, to approval and communication of changes ? Collaborate with cross functional client stakeholders from Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions to understand engineering change requests, gather required input, facilitate change control board discussions ? Execute daily, weekly, and monthly master data management (MDM) operations, including maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct routine data audits and generate reports on data quality metrics during monthly/quarterly data reviews. ? Support existing tools and dashboards to smoothly integrate with evolving processes, architecture, and business needs. Implement tools and workflows that promotes higher quality and lower lead time across operations team ? Support user acceptance testing for product lifecycle management (PLM), MDG/SAP enhancements and collaborating with the development team for issue resolution
