Job Summary:

In a career as a Senior Director Ancillaries & Support, you join us in providing life-changing care to patients from across the region. In this role, you will assume responsibility and accountability for the direction of the ancillary and support services for Boys Town National Research (BTNRH) Hospital and Clinics under the general direction of the Boys Town National Research Hospital Chief Nurse Executive & Vice President of Operations.

Location: Pacific Street

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Directs the operation and budgetary management of ancillary services to ensure the provision of clinically effective and cost-effective services.
  • Ensures compliance of ancillary services with applicable standards and requirements of the CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, and all other applicable State and Federal regulatory/governmental agencies.
  • Participates in the identification, planning, implementation and evaluation of ancillary programs and services which assure a focus on quality and safety of patient care. Analyzes and presents growth opportunities.
  • Assures attitudes and behaviors supporting customer service are applied in staff selection, evaluation and daily practices.
  • Works directly with the medical staff to resolve patient care and operational issues.
  • Works across organizational divisions to meet the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management ability required.
  • Minimum of five years progressive experience in ancillary service management required.
