About the Role:

This position will help support, the day-to-day management of CrowdStrike’s medical, risk, retirement, time-off and long-term leave programs across the EMEA, APAC and Middle East regions.

Reports to the Manager, EMEA Benefits Manager / dotted line APAC Benefits Manager.

This position is responsible to the Benefits Manager.

Location: UK (Hybrid)


What You'll Do:

  • Identify opportunities for streamlining and automation of benefit processes

  • Work with Payroll and HR Services colleagues to resolve any benefits queries.

  • Review, approve and track benefit invoices to ensure timely payment

  • New Vendor Set-up, working with procurement team and finance.

  • Maintain Benefits platforms, updating benefits summaries, content for HR Intranet site.

  • Updating Country benefits process guides.

  • Public Holiday validations for EMEA/APAC.

  • Assisting Benefits Manager in the annual renewal country activities.

  • Collaborate with key partners including local HR, talent acquisition to ensure successful program rollout or changes.

  • Work with brokers for the monthly payroll reporting / taxation per countries.

  • Stay up to date on current events in applicable countries including legislative and market trends and practices, and recommend changes as needed.

  • Manage relationships and contracts with benefits brokers and carriers

  • Help promote wellness activities within the EMEA/APAC Regions

  • Support special projects as needed.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of benefits experience in EMEA and APAC

  • Able to work independently as required to complete assigned tasks and operate within a team work environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data

  • Ability to shift priorities and effectively perform under pressure. 

  • Proficient with Workday/ HR Systems is a plus

  • Technology industry experience is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
