Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your role includes continuous testing efforts that cover various aspects such as security and application programming interfaces, alongside managing regression testing suites. You also develop and implement automation strategies, create automated testing scripts, and assist with configuring data and environments. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing enhancements to the testing process, ensuring robust and reliable software delivery.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in maintaining and improving testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Document and communicate testing outcomes clearly to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to develop and maintain automated test suites.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support seamless software delivery.
- Ability to analyze and report defects effectively, contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of API testing and security testing methodologies to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
