About the Position:

Epic International Staffing is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who will be responsible for selecting, interviewing, and identifying international applicants for healthcare positions and facilitating the flow of selected candidates through the international recruitment process.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct video interviews of screened candidates who meet Epic International Staffing’s (EIS) recruitment criteria. 

• Identify candidate’s critical success factors by utilizing interview questionnaire and effective interview skills including behavioral and situational questions. 

• Modify and update interview questionnaire and interview methodology.  

• Ensure that all new international candidate requirements are complete prior to the contract offer.  

• Follow through with process prior to and after candidate accepts contract offer.

What you bring:

• At least three years of critical care experience within the Emergency Room or adult Intensive Care Unit is required.

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a current RN License is a must.

• Prior recruitment experience, including working with an applicant tracking system and experience working with international healthcare workers is preferred.

Salary: $75,000 Annually
