As a Marketing Trainee, you will support the Consumer Marketing team in executing brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive consumer engagement and market growth. This role offers hands-on experience in brand management, digital marketing, and consumer insights within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of consumer marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, in-store, events).
  • Support brand managers in managing day-to-day marketing activities, including promotional planning and tracking.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Regulatory, Finance) to ensure timely and accurate implementation of marketing programs.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Help manage digital content creation and community engagement on social platforms.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors for creative development and activation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in consumer marketing and brand management.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
