Location & Work Arrangement
FULLY REMOTE: The Intelligence Launch Internship is fully remote and requires no travel. Your work location is the city/town/province you will be working from remotely. For our 12-week internship program, interns are allowed to work remotely from an alternative location for up to 2 weeks. Interns are also invited to work out of the CrowdStrike office located closest to their remote location.
Time Commitment: Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.

Cohort 1: Wednesday, May 20 - Friday, August 7, 2026 (11 ½ Weeks)
Cohort 2: Monday, June 1 - Friday, August 21, 2026 (12 Weeks)
Cohort 3: Monday, June 15 - Friday, September 4, 2026 (12 Weeks)

The CrowdStrike Launch Internship Program is an exclusive early-career opportunity designed for exceptional sophomore level students (Class of 2028). This program offers students the chance to gain hands-on experience at one of the world's leading cybersecurity companies while still early in their academic journey.
About the Role:
CrowdStrike’s Counter Adversary Operations (CAO) Elite is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed-oriented intern dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world.
In this role, you will leverage CrowdStrike CAO's extensive resources to gain threat hunting and intelligence analysis expertise to safeguard our customers' environments. You will develop a trusted partnership by helping customers identify and operationalize timely, actionable, and relevant threat intelligence and threat hunt findings.
This position offers exceptional growth opportunities, blending technical mastery with strategic advisory services, all powered by CrowdStrike's world-class intelligence and hunting capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
After a period of learning our custom-built tool suite, workflows, and methodologies you will join other CAO Elite Analysts protecting our customer's networks by performing tailored threat hunting and customer specific threat intelligence operations, including:
Perform threat hunting, research dark web data, and research tailored threat intelligence for CAO Elite customers based on their specific requirements and environment
Providing high value, actionable, threat intelligence aligned to the customer's requirements using your expertise and knowledge of the threat landscape
Shadow high-impact briefings and recommendations spanning threat hunting, dark web, and intelligence information relevant to CrowdStrike’s customers
Respond to customer requests relating to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring
What You'll Need:
Must be currently enrolled and completed at least 2 years at a 4-year university by the start of the internship, working towards a Bachelor’s degree and graduating in 2028.
Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies.
Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to communicate both executive and detailed level findings to clients; ability to effectively communicate tasks, guidance, and methodology with internal teams.
A background in presenting, briefing, and delivering reports to stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executives.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with application programming interfaces (API) and contemporary scripting languages.
Experience conducting threat hunting or managing incident response for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as the Advanced Persistent Threat, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists.
Knowledge of the dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites.
