Role and Responsibilities

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of AR Specialist in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

- communication with banks and main partners

- Payment's collection and posting

- daily and monthly reconciliation

- communication and providing data on external Audit requests

-  NERP daily operations (clearing, reposting, Customer data management, Invoice data management)

- Closing operations (accruals, data recheck)

- Offset AR&AP

- Contracts management

- Foreign currency operations management

- SO request preparation

- Credit limits management

- support Business Teams and Logistic team in payments monitoring 

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• intermediate spoken level of English;
• 2+ year of relevant experience (Accountant, Cost Controller, Auditor)
• excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel (complete formulas, pivot tables);
• SAP is preferable
