Anaplan is looking for an experienced supply chain planning professional to join its applications team as Senior Director of Retail Product Management, Supply Chain Applications You will lead the vision and strategy for these applications, specifically for the retail industry, and be responsible for translating that vision into business requirements for product development. 

The role involves keeping abreast of market trends, working with our customers to understand their challenges and needs, and bringing that back into a roadmap for the relevant applicationsYour experience will be key to driving innovation into our Supply Chain ApplicationsYou will work across all functions of Anaplan, including go-to-market, professional services, product and technology. 

 

Your Impact

  • Define and maintain a vision for our supply chain planning applications. Translate that vision into a roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with the application development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products
  • Collaborate with the Anaplan platform product and technology teams to ensure that application requirements are baked into platform roadmaps
  • Establish and run activity to capture customer feedback and needs
  • Scan the market to understand the perspective of thought-leaders and analysts, and the offering of competitors
  • Support strategic sales activity where senior product contribution is needed
  • Work with key partners to capture their perspective on the application roadmap

 

Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with a hands-on familiarity with SCM solutions in operations settings.
  • A deep understanding of retail supply chain and merchandise planning processes.
  • A track record in building a vision/strategy for a product and driving that through to delivered new product capabilities.
  • High-level of analytical and problem-solving skills; able to take unstructured inputs and distil into clear conclusions.
  • Client-facing experience in a advisory, implementation or product capacities.
  • Experience in roles straddling business needs and technology solutions
