Job Summary
• This role is responsible for developing an understanding of the organization's offerings and building strong client relationships. The role continuously learns and improves sales techniques and communication skills while collaborating with internal teams. The role conducts market research, helps in lead generation, and assists in creating proposals and presentations to support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Understands the unique value propositions and competitive advantages of the organization’s products, services, solutions, and software in detail.
• Develops a professional relationship with clients, understanding their unique business needs and communicating those to the internal teams.
• Assists account managers by promptly responding to customer requests within the specialized area.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives.
• Conducts preliminary research on leads to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with organization's solutions.
• Gains experience in communicating with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings while addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Gathers information about competitors' offerings, strengths, and weaknesses and shares insights with the team contributing to competitive strategies and market positioning.
• Assists in creating compelling presentations that effectively showcase the benefits and features of the products or services.
• Seeks feedback from senior team members and managers to improve sales techniques and approaches.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
