We are searching for the best talent for Strategic Businesses & PEC Senior Manager to be in Bogotá, Colombia.

You will be responsible for:

The Strategic Businesses & PEC Senior Manager will lead two key business lines for IM LAN. On one side, this role will oversee operations in Peru and Ecuador, ensuring a strong understanding of market complexities, go‑to‑market models, and the co‑creation of effective strategies with BUMs and cross‑functional teams to reach and benefit more patients. On the other hand, the role will be responsible for managing key assets and business projects in an innovative way, opening new markets and generating additional business opportunities.

This position requires the ability to collaborate across the organization, mobilize teams to think creatively, analyze different data sources and lead a diverse, cross‑functional group. This is a great opportunity to lead with impact!


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Graduated professionals

  • Proven experience in business unit management or franchise leadership within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. (Required)

  • Experience in High cost products is required

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management, Data analytics and commercial skills

  • Proficient in english 

  • Valid driver license is required

  • Availability to travel 40% of time

  • Location: Bogotá, Colombia
