Job Summary

We are seeking junior Finance Staff to join TYLin's local finance team reporting in the office on hybrid set up.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Maintains an organized manual bookkeeping system.

• Uses financial spreadsheets to gather and record financial information.

• Keeps accurate records of all daily transactions by creating efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data.

• Process payment invoices and maintain accurate records of cash disbursements and accounts payable balances.

• Maintains accurate records of sales and accounts receivable balances.

• Tracks bank deposits/payments and reconciles bank statements.

• Reconciles financial accounts.

• Assists in the audit process by providing information and data as requested.

• Carries out monthly accounting procedures related to month-end closing.

• Completes administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records.

• Creates organized records and files to assist in tax preparation.

• Process tax payments and government contributions.

• Works on ad hoc projects as directed.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.

• Advanced MS Excel skills.

• With a background in the area of audit, tax filing, etc.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as a team.

• Strong attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.

• Highly motivated and self-sufficient.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
