The Contract Analyst (CA) leads initiatives within the Noninfectious Disease (NID) Programs Department that ensure management across the contract lifecycle aligned with the department’s priorities and programs funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies. Under the guidance of program leadership and in partnership with program and project managers and General Counsel, the CA is responsible for contract management services, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and monitoring contracts, agreements and memoranda of agreement/understanding (MOA/U), in compliance with the CDC Foundation’s polices, regulations and standards, and donor requirements. Accuracy and attention to detail are vital to the success of the CA.

This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA and relocation expenses are not provided. There is an expectation to have a presence in the CDC Foundation office several days a week.
