This dual role involves a mix of strategic planning, data analysis, and tactical execution, such as customizing CRM systems, building reports, and providing direct assistance with training and process improvements.
By partnering across Sales, Sales Development, Finance, and Compliance, you’ll drive scalable improvements, deliver high-impact reporting, and foster collaboration that propels our strategic goals forward.
Success in this role means delivering exceptional work, building enduring playbooks, and helping shape the future of our revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
Empower Sales and Sales Development teams with tools, insights, and tailored automations to drive success within our SaaS framework
Analyze complex data sets and KPIs to guide strategy, improve performance, and support long-term planning
Continuously evaluate and enhance the tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Highspot), including exploring AI-powered tools
Collaborate cross-functionally - including Finance and Compliance, to align tools, processes, and data accuracy with business goals and policies
Create compelling data visualizations and stay current with best practices in data storytelling and operational reporting
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment
Proven ability to design and deploy Salesforce dashboards and reports tailored to SaaS metrics and KPIs
Strong familiarity with sales forecasting, enablement, and engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Highspot, Outreach)
Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and support strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing hiring models to support team planning and growth
Ability to create PowerPoint templates for executive-level communications
A proactive, challenger mindset with a passion for driving innovation and process improvement
