Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Experience in performing HANA migrations and S/4 Conversions (ECC on Oracle to S4 Hana 2021/22/23) - Hands on Experience with implementation of downtime minimization strategy for S4 Hana conversions. - Worked on Downtime Optimized Conversion (DOC) strategy for S4 Hana conversion - Experience in SAP version Upgrades and OS/DB Migrations - A Must. - Experience in design of SAP Architectures for BSOH and S/4 HANA projects Experience in SAP Version Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations and SAP Migrations to Cloud platforms. - Must have min. 2 end to end S4 Hana conversion experience ( Bronw field conversion) - Migration experience should include - Backup/Restore or Export/Import - Experience with working on Hana Database with Performance tuning, monitoring, archiving etc. - Perform data housekeeping and archiving for technical tables for conversion. - SAP Data archiving using SARA. - Fluent in Operating System (RHEL, SuSE, etc.) administration tasks. - Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security, Single Sign-ON Technologies, Infrastructure Security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery - Troubleshooting experience in SAP on Oracle and Hana databases. - Perform tasks on Oracle databases - like table/space reorganization, SBP, resizing, restore/recovery tasks. - SAP system sizing - Database administration (SAP HANA, Oracle, MaxDB) - Backup strategy and tools knowledge like CommVault, TSM integration. - Communicate and translate SAP authorization requirements to business process owners Professional & Technical Skills: - S4 Hana conversion - Conversion from Large Oracle database (> 20 TB). - Knowledge on any cloud - AWS, GCP, Alibaba, etc. - Knowledge/Worked on Downtime Optimized Conversion (DOC) for S4 Hana conversion - Experience in SAP Cloud Connector, BTP. - Experience in managing MaxDB, Sybase IQ databases - Experience in any of the IT tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Avantra , etc. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
