Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work on various projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday US Payroll
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
- Experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a software development environment
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday US Payroll
- This position is based at our Manila office
