Motorola Solutions is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Event Co-Op to join our North America regional events team for 10 hours per week.
This position will offer hands-on experience with the Events team, supporting them in executing high-impact events and experiences while building core project management skills.
In this role, you will work alongside the marketing and events team to assist in planning and logistical execution of trade shows, hosted conferences and internal meetings. Additionally, you will gain direct exposure to Motorola Solutions’ products and verticals.
Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end event planning, including venue sourcing, managing inventory, and coordinating vendor deliverables
Oversee and collect vendor quotes/contracts and process invoices for budget tracking
Contribute to planning meetings while collaborating with internal stakeholders
Join core team planning teams to gather requirements and track deliverables
Manage food and beverage requirements across all events, including researching local caterers, securing menu quotes, and handling dietary logistics
Source and coordinate branded promotional items, attendee gifting, and interactive event activation experiences
Support the team with internal and external event communications, including drafting attendee outreach, tracking RSVPs, and sending pre- and post-event communications
Provide general administrative and logistical support to the events team on special projects and day-to-day tasks
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation during or after December 2026
