Job Description:

To growing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team we are looking for experienced professional to join the team and focus on project in Templafy tool.

Additionally, you will be supporting other tolls in ECM area.

Your responsibilities will include working with requirements, cooperate]ionwith business and support other part of implementation project (like test).

How you will make an impact

• Requirements  management :collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.

• Process mapping: Analyse and map business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Cooperation with tech stakeholders: Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team., work closely with IT and business teams to ensure the successful implementation.

• Solution improvement: Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps.

• Project monitoring, communication & support: Monitor project progress, identify risks &communicate status to stakeholders; assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).

• User support: Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of document publishing solutions.

Your background 

• Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.; in. of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in a global enterprise environment.

• Area knowledge & experience: proven experience with document management solutions, proficiency in business process modelling and requirements management tools; knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Soft & hard skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Simultaneously, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Work approach: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects

• Language skills: Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.

• Nice to have: certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
