Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Web Components-based applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members. - Ensure the quality of the application by conducting thorough testing and debugging, and implementing best practices for code development and deployment. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Lightning Web Components trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns. - Experience with Salesforce integration and customization using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. - Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. - This position is based at our Indore office.
