Reporting to Director of Change Enablement, you will work with the Connected Shop Floor team, Manufacturing Excellence Team and the Manufacturing Program Management Office and other impacted Supply Chain groups to lead effective change strategies, identify direct and indirect partners, establish communication plans, and complete other deliverables.

You Will Provide:

  • Change Project Support: Provide leadership and support for critical change projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of progress.
  • Strategic Communications & Alignment: Work with the VP to align change initiatives with the strategic direction of the organization. Reserve 50% of capacity to support the VP of Manufacturing Excellence in critical alignment activities and strategy execution.
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration across the stakeholder groups and teams to ensure coordination throughout change initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure Manufacturing Excellence and Supply Chain stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance our change management capabilities.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Leadership skills and be able to influence and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading change programs.
  • We ask that you travel up to 75% to sites across the US
  • This position is located in Omaha NE, Chicago IL, and select field locations or remote locations Denver, CO and east and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport

Compensation:

Annual Base Salary: $104,000.00 - $150,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
