Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves creating advanced technology solutions tailored for new and evolving industries and products. You will spend time analyzing system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs and technical standards is a key part of your daily activities. You will also engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the software systems you develop.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve existing solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Order Management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex system requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Ability to work with software development tools and environments relevant to BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
