We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead collaboration with NHS dermatology services, helping shape and deliver non-promotional service offerings that align with NHS priorities and truly make a difference to patient outcomes. This is a direct to headcount position working for our client.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building strong partnerships with NHS dermatology teams, GP practices, and senior NHS leaders.
• Designing and implementing service solutions tailored to dermatology care pathways.
• Ensuring services meet ABPI Code compliance, with clear KPIs and robust risk management.
• Leading audits and driving quality across multi-site dermatology liaison operations.
• Supporting acute trust leads and internal teams to enhance dermatology services.
• Overseeing crisis response and service improvement initiatives in dermatology.

What you’ll bring:

• A deep understanding of NHS systems and dermatology care pathways.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement experience.
• A track record in service development, governance, and compliance within healthcare.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with dermatology therapy areas
