Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
2. Performs and monitors procedures that help to ensure the accounting records are maintained in full compliance with the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley.
3. Responsible for the compilation of cost accounting data required for the monthly closing.
4. Has higher-level rights within Oracle and supports Oracle reconciliations, reporting and budgeting functions.
5. Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of various accounting reports, schedules and analyses for Finance and Plant management.
6. Responsible for maintaining standard trial balances, making proper entries and interpreting reports containing financial information at the plant level.
7. Researches and analyzes accounts in order to provide answers to accounting related inquiries made by others.
8. Addresses inventory discrepancies or variances and advises plant management.
9. Responsible for providing budgeting support to the Plant Controller.
10. Reviews source documents as required making proper accounting determination.
11. Prepares financial analyses for plant capital projects.
12. Performs other functions as required.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum Experience: 1+ years of experience in an accounting role with a preference for experience within an ERP manufacturing environment.
Specialized Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of GAAP. Strong computer skills.
Special Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
