• 富士サイトプランニング　プランニング　プロフェッショナルは法律、GMP省令、GCTP省令、サイトの方針を順守しなければならない。

主な職務及び主な責任:

富士サイトプランニング　プランニング　プロフェッショナル担当は、Fuji Site Planning およびJapan Supply Chainの職務領域の中で求められる役割を担う。　SNP/DRP,MPS,DS,MRPを主とするがそれに限らない。 以下にそれぞれの役割についての概要を記す。

DRP/SNP (Distribution Resource Planning/Supply Network Planning)

• 需要計画と在庫を勘案して生産に必要な情報（タイミング、数量等）をMPS (Master Production Schedule) 担当者や関係するPlanning のメンバーに伝達する。
• 出荷に関する情報を管理し予定通りDC/Customerに出荷されるかを管理し、本社、富士工場内の関係者に周知し、必要な対処をおこなう。

MPS (Master Production Schedule)

• DRP/SNPから情報を得て生産Capacity (Lineおよび人員),Bulk資材などのResourceを勘案して最適な生産計画を立てる。
• MRP (Material Resource Planning) に必要なBulk, 包装資材の所要量を計算し、伝える
• SNP/DRPと協力してDC/Customerに予定通り出荷されるか関係部署と連携して管理する。

DS (Detail Schedule)

• MPSが作成した生産計画を詳細の生産スケジュール（日々ごとラインごと）を作成する。
• 主に製造と協力し最適なDailyの生産スケジュールを作成して、Planningのメンバーおよび富士工場の関係者に周知する。

MRP（Material Resource Planning）

• MPSが作成した生産計画をもとに必要なBulk,包装資材の供給計画を立てる。
• Sourcing Siteの担当者、包装資材のサプライヤーと予定通りの調達の計画を合意する。
• 供給状況につき適宜関係者（主にPlanning Member）に情報を共有し、必要に応じて予定の調整を行う。

なおいずれのRoleであっても下記は共通の職務とする

• KPIに関するWork Processの業務改善を行う。
• Planning System (OMP/SAP)のマスタリーをあげ、それらを駆使して最適なPlanを作る
• 関係部署と密に連携し、供給を滞りなく出荷できるように協力する

職務の要件 Job Requirements:

教育/経験Education and Experiences:

• 大学卒業以上の学歴を有する方

• ビジネスレベルの英語力を有していることが望ましい。

知識、資格、及び技能 Knowledge, Qualification and Skills (Preferred):

• SCM（OMP/SAP）システムに精通している（基準生産計画、在庫管理、資材所要量計画、工場の日次詳細計画、キャパシティプラニング）
• プロジェクトマネージメント
• /リスクマネージメント/プロジェクトチームへのフィードバック
• ピープルマネージメント　

           方針管理（Goals＆ Objective）,コーチング, 日々の業務管理
