Job Description
As the Head of Marketing, you will own the entire funnel. You will bridge the gap between our technical engineering excellence and our commercial goals, turning complex reliability data and "obvious" industrial value into a compelling, repeatable growth engine.Key Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role is not measured by impressions or "likes." Your performance will be judged on four critical pillars:
Newton Site Adoption: Increasing the active footprint and user onboarding for our Newton software platform across new and existing enterprise accounts. Inbound Lead Velocity: Scaling the volume of high-intent, qualified leads for both software and technical consulting services. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improving the efficiency of the funnel from initial inbound touchpoint to "Sales Qualified" and "Closed-Won." Attributed Revenue: Direct responsibility for the marketing-sourced pipeline and its successful conversion into realized revenue.
