Summary:
Scrum certified. 10-12 Years. Will later be required for overseeing the Entire Project Delivery Lifecycle Managing Delivery Timelines, Ensuring Quality, track progress, Ensure the delivery timelines are met. Control scope creep through effective change management Strong stakeholder management to resolve dependencies and unblock team. Coordinating with Cross-Functional Teams (Dev, QA, UX, Ops) Highlight Risks and Escalation Management Identifying potential roadblocks early Delivery velocity: Using Burn-down/burn-up charts, SLA compliance charts to provide regular updates. Driving Process Improvement and Delivery Excellence. Agile, DevOps, and Lean principles experience. Leading Agile Ceremonies and Sprint Planning: Sprint planning/Daily stand-ups/Sprint reviews/Retrospectives. Fostering Collaboration and Team Productivity. Must have Emotional intelligence and people management skills. Adhere to organizational processes and compliance to take any delivery to production.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in agile practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10- 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- Need to visit office 5 days a week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
