Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm

What you will do:

  • Operate a machine with the needle punch department with Stryker
  • Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs
  • Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes 
  • Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents
  • Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed 
  • Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed 
  • Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors. 
  • Assist execution of continuous improvement projects. 
  • Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker
  • Communicate with warehouse tam members for material movement and replacement
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to production tasks
  • Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 Years of Manufacturing Experience required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to exert up to 50-75 pounds regularly and 75+ pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, or stand as needed
  • Ability to climb and work at elevated height as needed
  • Good visual acuity and demonstrated fine motor skills
