IQ Data International, Inc. has been serving the collection needs of business and consumes since 1998. We are a headquartered in Bothell, Washington, and we are a Professional Collection Agency, providing services exclusively to the apartment industry assisting past residents in resolving their debts. The Compliance Assistant is responsible for supporting the Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with company policy, state, and federal regulations. Primary functions include involvement in licensing, regulatory exams, litigation, document management, processing invoices, and general business operations. You must exhibit a friendly, well-spoken, and well-written proficiency while being able to multi-task, prioritize, and take direction on workflow from the Compliance Officer. This role is remote but assigned to our Bothell, WA office. This is a full-time, permanent positions at Assurant, and comes with a competitive pay structure, and full benefits.

The Details:

  • Identify and organize account documents for litigation matters across multiple states.
  • Manage invoices and internal tracking of expenses.
  • Assist in renewing licenses in all states, keeping the information updated.
  • Interface with clients and associates in a professional manner
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support internal legal initiatives and provide litigation support.
  • Set up and maintain Compliance files and keep them all current.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • Ability to accurately type at an appropriate speed, at least 50 WPM.
  • Possess excellent clerical skills.
  • Ability to concentrate on detail and organize work.
  • Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and research skills with experience prioritizing matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly autonomous and self-motivated work ethic; demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization internally and externally.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Word),

Pay Range:

$ 15,79 - $ 24,47

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
