Engaged on a fixed-term basis to accelerate Medicard’s growth through broker-led distribution, strategic partnerships, and large enterprise accounts. Acts as a trusted advisor to the CEO, a deal catalyst for priority opportunities, and a capability builder for broker sales.

Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO on distribution and partnership sales.
Support Head of Broker Sales in growing broker contribution.
Engage multinational and priority brokers to unlock large-scale opportunities.
Lead and support prospecting of preferred big-ticket enterprise accounts.
Identify and activate under-tapped distribution channels.
Introduce best practices in broker management, enterprise selling, and partnerships.
Coach teams on prospecting, cross-sell, cross-channel, and value proposition development.
Ensure knowledge transfer and capability uplift before contract completion.
