Project Mgmt, Transformation & Strategy - Project Mgmt, Transformation & StrategyPrudential is seeking a skilled Business Architect to join our Group Insurance organization as we continue our growth and transformation journey. This critical role seeks to enhance the alignment of strategy to execution by translating business strategies into actionable capability investments supported by future state architecture. The Business Architect will leverage different tools to recommend capability enhancements through collaborative engagements with business, functional and IT leaders, and will partner with product owners and the Portfolio Enablement team to develop and execute multiyear integrated roadmaps.
Successful candidates in the role will develop trusted relationships across business and IT teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders using artifacts, facilitating engagements, and leveraging business and technological expertise to evaluate strategic plans, assess capabilities, and recommend targeted actions to advance business results.
