The Target+ team is looking for a collaborative and goal-driven Manager to join our Partner Acquisition team. This role supports the expansion of our digital marketplace by identifying, engaging, and bringing new partners onto the Target+ platform. About the Role:
As a Manager, Partner Acquisition for Target+, you will contribute to achieving new business goals by identifying and developing new business partnerships with brands, vendors, and retailers. You will work to build a balanced assortment on the Target+ marketplace, focusing on new categories and styles to offer our guests more selection across Target.com. This role requires a guest-centric, partner-friendly perspective, and will leverage strong strategic, analytic, and communication skills to create meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
