3PL Warehouse Manager

Job Description

The 3PL Warehouse Manager oversees daily inbound and outbound operations at the 3PL distribution center in Thailand to ensure smooth order, shipment, and inventory flows.

Your role:

• Plan, manage and monitor the Inbound, outbound, return shipment, Value Added Service (VAS), scrap and rework activities performed by 3PL.

• DM/weekly/monthly review with 3PL to ensure problems are resolved and corrective actions are effective.

• Manage and review performance (KPI) of 3PL through performance reviews cadence and implementing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

• Verify invoices and budget control of logistics and warehouse vendor.

• Overseeing the entire order fulfilment process, from receiving orders to delivering products to customers. This includes order processing, picking and packing, shipping, and tracking.

• Ensure cycle counts are completed by 3PL. Ensure stock in SAP is in line with the physical stock.

• Ensure 3PL to implement the Delivery Hold process in timely.

• Leading transformation projects that ensure the execution of the supply chain strategy and performance goals

• Work with multiple software systems such as SAP/WMS troubleshooting and management, Infodis Transportation Management System.

• Monitor inbound and outbound IDocs between SAP and 3PL warehouse systems using standard SAP transactions and reports, and collaborate with warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, and 3PL contacts to investigate and resolve interface issues affecting orders, receipts, and stock accuracy.

• Analyze and resolve IDoc errors (data, mapping, configuration, communication), reprocess failed IDocs and verify related postings, escalate complex or recurring issues to technical/EDI teams for root-cause fixes, and document procedures and workarounds while supporting knowledge transfer and training.

• Contribute to testing and validation of changes impacting SAP–3PL interfaces (e.g., new warehouses, partners, or message types), including integration and user acceptance testing

You're the right fit if:

• A bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain/business administration Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of working experiences in the multinational company with logistics and warehouse management role, experience in medical industry is preferred.

• Operational experience and knowledge in Warehouse Management Software and/or ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess business opportunities, logistics environment, logistics market trend.

• Experience managing third party vendors or have worked at third party logistic provider with a focus on customer order outbound process & transportation management

• A focus on meeting customer needs and delivering value through successful supply chain project outcomes.

• Experience in Trade Compliancy Regulations (Customs, Export Control, Dangerous Goods, Supply Chain Security).

• Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
