  • Provide engineering support to manufacturing processes, projects, and functions to ensure consistent product quality and compliance
  • Evaluate manufacturing outcomes and implement process improvements that reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and new equipment/process implementations to meet project timelines
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality requirements
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in production using data-driven analysis and engineering judgment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful product launches
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and drive measurable improvements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies
  • Plan, design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and apparatus for the Instruments Division products.

What you need:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent education
  • Professional working proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of CAD tools and statistical analysis software

Travel Percentage: 20%
