This position is flexible to any location within the Central time zone.

This role will provide skilled and efficient support to multiple members of RSM’s CMG Leadership Team. Assist with on-going activities such as scheduling calls and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, drafting communications, assisting with special projects, etc. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and a sense of urgency.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide executive level support to assigned leaders including but not limited to:

  • Maintain calendar appointments and ensure meetings are scheduled in advance and prioritized accordingly .
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels and meals.
  • Responsible for meeting management administration including handling all meeting invitations and logistics, tracking attendees, and taking notes.
  • Submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Routinely handle confidential correspondence. proofread, verify, and assemble information including correspondence, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and spreadsheets, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance.
  • Participate in projects and/or events as assigned including researching, organizing details and following through with execution.
  • Independently, or with guidance, compile data from a variety of resources and prepares appropriate monthly and annual reports.
  • Serve as the “go-to” resource to deliver a consistent and positive experience.
  • Act as a liaison between ESS and other ICS departments and/or others outside the firm as appropriate
  • Provide an expertise in firm systems, tools and industry knowledge when appropriate Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or relevant, equivalent work experience 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Calendar management experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five+ years relevant administrative support experience 
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment a plus  
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 
  • Effective organization and time management skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as necessary to meet deadlines 
  • Flexible demeanor, pro-active thinker, positive attitude, maintains confidentiality 
  • Ability to take direction, follow procedures, and ask appropriate questions 
  • Complete tasks independently as well as work collaboratively with teams

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $59,600 - $99,000
