- System utilization : utilizing sales related systems such as ERP and Office.

- Communication : effective communication with the sales team.

Responsibilities

Managing Inquiry / Forecast

Capture customer inquiry or forecasted demand in SAP system

Managing quote, chasing order booking

Following Medior/Senior SAO officers' request to create / update quotation in systems

Support the delivery process and return process (RMA) if needed

Check delivery /RMA status per request of medior officer

Other CT / account support activities

support per request (data collection / status check / follow-up with stakeholders when needed)

Initiate order booking process and facilitate hand-over to downstream

Ensure proper handover of quote; customer order for booking by ABS

Improvement projects

Acting as contributor in projects
