ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Digital to lead and oversee large-scale Digital / Connected Factory projects within our PMO environment.

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for project planning and execution, stakeholder management, risk management, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have...

• Strong background in project management, with over 5 years of experience, and possess certifications such as PMP and Agile (e.g., CSM).
• Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Digital Factory Projects in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of business processes such as production, inventory, planning, quality, and supply chain.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's in computer science, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (master's preferred).

Industry Knowledge:

• MUST HAVE: Experience with Digital Factory Projects on a Manufacturing environment, SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning), Logistics, and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Technical Skills:

• Agile Methodology – Experience with Agile principles, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Scrum Management – Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and managing sprint cycles
• Experience with identifying Project risks and establish adequate mitigation actions.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Asana, Monday, Jira etc.)
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Language and Travel:

• Advanced conversational English.
• Travel availability based on project needs.

Project Management:

• Over 5 years of experience in managing digital projects.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably within a PMO environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications:

• Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional).
• Preferred: Agile certifications (e.g., CSM - Certified ScrumMaster).
