We zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Werkvoorbereider om ons team te versterken in Terneuzen, Nederland! Als werkvoorbereider in deze rol ondersteun je de afdeling Site Logistiek.

Als Werkvoorbereider, maak je werkpakketten op basis van de werkopdracht, die alle informatie bevatten over benodigde arbeid, materiaal en diensten om een veilige, effectieve en efficiënte uitvoering van het werk te waarborgen. Voor deze rol zijn brede technische vaardigheden in analytische/wetenschappelijke methoden of operationele processen vereist om een reeks gedefinieerde activiteiten uit te voeren.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Je gebruikt feedback van de uitvoerder om de werkplannen te optimaliseren.

• Je beoordeelt werkopdrachten op technische volledigheid en retourneert werkopdrachten aan de gatekeeper als ze niet compleet zijn.

• Je voert veldcontroles uit, indien nodig.

• Je bereidt werkpakketten voor en voert het plan in SAP in, waarbij je de benodigde middelen, materialen en diensten aangeeft en maakt de bijbehorende inkooporders aan.

• Je identificeert taakactiviteiten die nodig zijn om het werkplan uit te voeren en identificeert materialen/gereedschappen/uitrusting die nodig zijn om taken uit te voeren.

• Je identificeert/raadpleegt veiligheidsinformatie en vereisten die nodig zijn om taken veilig uit te voeren.

• Je ondersteunt het Maintenance Procedure Use Policy door ervoor te zorgen dat alle werkpakketten een procedure bevatten of dat de taak op de Procedure Exemption-lijst staat voordat het werkpakket wordt vrijgegeven.

• Je controleert of alle onderhoudsprocedures een risicoanalyse bevatten.

• Je fungeert als technische bron tijdens het opstellen en beoordelen van procedures, indien nodig.

• Je maakt, ontwikkelt, wijzigt en actualiseert werkprocedures en checklists, en initieert procedure Management of Change (MOC), indien nodig.

Kwalificaties

• Je hebt een technisch MBO-4 diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde

• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in onderhoud, productie of een ander gerelateerd veld

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend (spreken, schrijven, lezen) en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels (lezen en schrijven)

Vaardigheden

• Je bent sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten

• Weet mensen te motiveren en te overtuigen, en brengt structuur aan

• Je bent planmatig en communicatief sterk

• Je hebt kennis en ervaring in het gebruik van SAP
