Flow Traders is looking for an interim Product Controller with a focus on Digital Assets to join our Operations and Control team in our Amsterdam office. In this role, you will ensure complete and accurate financial administration and reporting of all Digital Assets related trading activities. The product controller is highly involved in the monthly and quarterly closing processes from an Operations perspective.

What you will do

• Take high responsibility in the monthly and quarterly closing processes from a Digital Assets Operations and Control perspective.
• Provide overview to management of all open information requests, priorities and any potential issues identified
• Collect, review, present and provision key financial data to internal and external stakeholders such as the Finance department and internal/external audit
• Support in daily operational activities such as investigating trade reconciliation breaks

 

What you need to succeed

• Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
• Relevant financial services working experience as a financial/business/product controller or in internal or external audit
• RA/RC/CPA/CFA is a strong plus
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and financial analysis techniques;
• Understanding of the (high-frequency) trading industry and its market dynamics; Affinity with Digital Assets is a strong plus
• Strong Excel skills and working experience with SQL and/or BI solutions is a strong-plus
• Fluency in English, verbal and in writing is required
