Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and contribute to designing tailored applications that align with organizational processes. Your role includes analyzing existing workflows and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and ensure that the developed software meets the intended objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous communication with team members to deliver effective software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of custom software solutions.
- Support testing and validation of applications to ensure quality and performance standards.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Gen AI Hub.
- Experience in designing and developing software applications tailored to business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Gen AI Hub.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
