¿Qué estamos buscando?​

Collaborate in defining the business strategy, business plan, budgets and financial forecasts for the unit; Collaborate with the Product / Country Manager and Bankers in the origination of operations (pitches, Request for Proposals, price & conditions, deal's signing and closing...) and support the client during all the execution process; Responsible for the financial valuation, preliminary transaction price advisory and fairness opinion ; Responsible for the presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialogue; Provide a comprehensive financial advisory service to clients at top levels, delivering tailored advisory &/or financing solutions; Begin to build long-term external relationships and actively manage accounts. This could include conducting new business presentations and developing new ideas for business at a relevant client level; Liaise alongside other CIB products for fostering product's cross-selling and with CIB support units for the deal execution; Engage in recruiting, training and mentoring of junior specialists and interns; Ensure the application of Group policy and adherence to regulatory, financial, and legal standards to minimize business and reputational risks; Responsible over the internal and external administrative tasks related to the deals
