- As the Talent Attraction Lead for India, you’ll be joining the global Employer Brand & Talent Attraction team at an exciting time of change
- You’ll be part of a talented, collaborative team shaping how we attract the people who continually delivery for our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to innovate, work with senior stakeholders, and directly influence the success of our employer brand & talent attraction strategy in India.
- You’ll be managing a large strategic employer brand campaign in India, focussed on increasing brand awareness and attracting the right talent for NatWest
- This is an opportunity to build strong relationships and develop your project skills, overseeing deliverables using project tools such as Kanban and sprints
- This role is being offered at vice president level and is available as either a full time or reduced hours, minimum 28 hours opportunity
What you'll do
As the Talent Attraction Lead for India, you’ll take the lead in delivering high quality, insight driven recruitment campaigns across the region. Working closely with our global channel, employer brand, content and digital teams, you’ll ensure our attraction activity is measurable, effective and aligned to business needs.
You’ll also be:
- Act as a key partner to Talent Acquisition teams and business stakeholders, including partnering with India Internal Communications and Inclusion teams on cross-functional activity.
- Developing clear, robust campaign briefs working within the internal team and with third party suppliers.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Monitoring campaign performance against key KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach) using insight and analytics.
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates and deliver an excellent stakeholder experience.
- Attend senior stakeholder forums including OpCos, India Talent Acquisition LT/Manco, and business-facing meetings.
- Bring new story ideas, content opportunities and external marketing insights into the team.
- Maintain accurate and up to date project plans for all campaigns.
- Conduct regular quality audits across campaigns.
- Ensure all activity is fully measurable with clear frameworks in place.
- Deliver regular reporting schedules once campaigns go live.
- Support wider team processes, ways of working, and quality control activities.
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with a strong and proven background in employer brand and recruitment marketing. You’ll have excellent stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills, and a proven ability to work in a pressurised environment to very tight deadlines.
You’ll also have:
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, digital marketing and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Knowledge of digital and direct marketing, including programmatic, CRM, social media and content marketing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work at pace and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to simplify complex ideas and influence a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to gather and analyse data to make informed recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail in written and visual content and the ability to follow and interpret brand guidelines.
- Experience in marketing or recruitment marketing in a global and/or financial services experience is an advantage.
