Join our team as a Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer and become a key expert in improving the health, performance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 environments for our customers. You’ll work on tenant health assessments, performance optimization, and actionable recommendations that help organizations get the most value from Microsoft 365.

YOUR MISSION: 

• Assess and optimize the health and performance of Microsoft 365 tenants across apps and different services

• Analyze and improve Microsoft 365 Apps (Teams, Outlook, Office) to enhance reliability and user experience

• Review network readiness for Microsoft 365 workloads and recommend connectivity best practices

• Analyze usage and adoption data to identify gaps and drive engagement improvements

• Provide guidance on governance, compliance, and operational processes for Microsoft 365 environments

• Deliver clear customer-facing documentation with findings, risks, and recommended actions

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and optimization

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)

• Solid understanding of network connectivity and performance for cloud services

• Experience with tenant health monitoring, security, compliance, and usage analytics

• Strong communication, analytical, and customer-facing skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field

• English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)
