As an eLearning developer, your mission will consist of collaborating with our team to develop E-Learning courses based on training content. Your main tasks will be to develop E-Learning courses and create graphical charts, animated visuals, or animated mascots to make the storyboard come to life! Also, to manage and collaborate with the team members (Mauritius, France, etc.).

Your academic background specialization is mainly based in computer graphics, web design, e-learning development, animation creation, and motion design video. You wish to enter a structure where your creative skills will be valued.

Your interpersonal skills combined with your creativity will be key to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

· The design and the development of training material such as training courses or E-Learning content (including graphical chart)

· The permanent collaboration with instructional designer based in France

· The maintenance of eLearning courses (training courses support, e-learning modules, leaflet, workbooks)

· Strong communication skills written and oral

· Lead a team (daily reporting & planning)

· Provide reporting as and when required

· Provide feedback to the team members.

· Perform quality control

Design Tools:

· Adobe Illustrator (main software for all design vector)

· Adobe Photoshop (Visual treatment and manipulation)

· Adobe After Effects (Video editing)

· Adobe Premier Pro (Motion Graphic)

· Adobe XD (prototyping tool)

· 3D software: C4D, Element 3D

· Use of scripts and understanding of the HTML5 and CSS

· PowerPoint (advanced editable templates)

· Articulate Storyline (Template creation for eLearning and serious Games)

· VTS (Serious Game, 3d interactive simulations)

· K-Studio (external - Client based platform; create UI live simulation, interactive exercises, and demo)

· Google Slide (External – Prototyping tool for emailers, newsletter, and websites

· Advanced Digital Graphic Design:

o Logo and brand guideline creation, infographic, revamping, content creation

o Advanced Motion Graphic

o Video editing

o Character design creation for Motion design.

o 3D Design

o Teamwork and agility to adapt in-between pipelines

o Deliver within pressure of short deadlines with high quality work

o Flat interactive Game design

· Creativity and autonomy in the development of eLearning courses

· High level of attention to detail

· Curiosity for the content to be developed and good interpersonal skills to collaborate with our cross-border teams

· Ability to collaborate and work with all the team members

· Ability to lead a team

· Must possess good communication skills, verbal and written

· Eagerness to learn

· Good computer literacy

· Efficient planning skills

· Good decision maker and should be very proactive

IT:

· E-Learning development tool (Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and implementation on current LMS solutions

· Text to Speech tool (Acapella, Voxygen, Microsoft azure)

· A knowledge of web-design tool and Adobe Suite would be appreciated (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash)

· Program writing such as Action Script, HTML, JavaScript, AfterEffect or InDesign and 3D animation program would be a plus

· Office software applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Educational Background

· Degree in Graphic designing, IT /eLearning or any other equivalent
