What’s involved in this role:  

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant at either of our Appleton, WI, Jerome, ID, or Lake Norden, SD locations.  

• Generate, review, and validate weekly reports.

• Responsible for following protocol ensuring digital documentation is captured and supporting sales related workflows.

• Respond to customer questions regarding orders and documents.

• starting at $21.99/hour

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What you need to join our team:   

• Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience in a professional office environment required. 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, ability to clearly establish priorities and meet deadlines.

• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
