  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in a veterinary clinic

  • Experience with properly handling and restraining animals (Fear Free)

  • Positive team player willing to continue to learn
  • Can multi-task efficiently

Blue Cross Animal Hospital is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician who wants to grow their career with a team-centered practice. Our ideal team member is passionate about animal wellness, has the ability to play a vital role in providing quality medicine, is service-oriented, and thrives in a busy environment. They need to be confident in rooming patients, assisting in surgery, placing IV catheters, knowledge of x-ray and proper positioning, experience properly handling and restraining animals, using in-clinic laboratory equipment, and dispensing and administering medicine prescribed by the veterinarian. We are a busy three-doctor practice looking for a great and passionate LVT to assist in training, growth, and flow within the practice. Blue Cross Animal Hospital has a long-standing loyal client base, so we strive to make client education a priority. We work with doctors who specialize in Endocrinology and embrace education in the veterinary industry for themselves and the staff.
